Had to share this deliriously delicious lunch I made...
1 Avocado- mashed,
1/2 yellow pepper-chopped,
1 tomato-chopped,
2 sun-dried tomatoes-chopped,
1 inch of a leek-chopped,
pinch of parsley or a fresh sprig,
1 teaspoon tamari,
pinch of chili flakes,
juice of 1/2 lime,
2Tablespoons sunflower seeds,
1/2 cup sprouts
romaine lettuce leaves
