Just Do It

Send a little thank you to someone who has done something special for you. A card, or ecard, a beautiful picture from a magazine, a postcard or even some handmade paper with petals in and a personal note will make someone's day. Don’t you remember what it feels like to get something from someone in the snail mail??
It is special.
I recently read a wonderful book: The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society: A Novel by Mary Ann Shaffer & Annie Barrows . It is written entirely in letters, which I wasn’t expecting but it was just divine! So It got me to wondering what happened??Why don’t we write a note of encouragement or love to someone. Something more tangible than an email…let’s try it today, who is coming to your mind? Did you recently see something you wanted to share with someone? Thank Nike for coming up with the phrase "Just Do It!”
It will make both of your days; maybe you’ll receive one in reply. It’s these small moments that can change a heart, or a bad day and make your journey in this life worth living. Peace, harmony, laughter and Love are special words. If you can meditate on them it can change your life and your being. Help you through the tough times and bring strength to you when you need it.
Love and desire are the spirit's wings to great deeds.
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

I've been pondering a way to help others learn about the wonderful raw community and life style.  I am considering a raw food demo in my home and also a viewing of a wonderful film I acquired "Raw for Life"

A film can help spread the message in a rapid, easy-to-understand, inspiring way...film showings can help bring people together to discuss and share about a topic in a way that books and other media usually don't quite match. So, a great way to share the raw message in my community might be to hold a film night, or even a series of film nights, showing raw documentaries and other related material, brightly :)

If you have other films and would be interested in helping me in the NE PA area please let me know.
Here is a trailer of the DVD
